Another quick and easy breakfast smoothie recipe! This one is quite hearty and filling so can easily be used as a meal replacement.
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 packet instant oatmeal, plain, unsweetened. I use regular or 100% whole grain!
1/2 cup almond milk
2 -3 ice cubes
Blend it all together and enjoy!
Come out to about 275-300 calories. It will be less if you use the unsweetened almond milk!
