Breakfast of Champions – Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie with Hemp Hearts

1 banana
1 spoonful Peanut Butter
1 spoonful Hemp Hearts
1 cup almond milk or 1% regular milk
3 – 4 ice cubes

Blend it all together in the blender and enjoy!

PS – I had this for breakfast this morning, and what I like about it is that it’s easy to remember right after waking up AND it’s super yummy!
