Ginger Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

I know I haven’t posted in awhile, it has been a busy summer for me. The good news is I have a backlog of recipes to share with you all, starting with this one!  Quick, easy, and very affordable, this ginger beef stir fry is great for busy week nights, lazy days, or even to bring for lunch at work!  I used a stewing beef which had a few chewy pieces but overall it wasn’t bad.  You could use a better cut if you wish.

1 package of stewing beef, cut into smaller pieces.

3 cloves minced garlic

About the same amount of miced garlic

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

sriracha sauce to taste (one squirt, then taste add more as desired)

cracked black pepper

olive oil

Fry the ginger and garlic in the pan with  bit of olive oil.  Add the beef and broccoli and begin cooking.  Add the hoisin sauce and soy sauce and continue cooking until the beef is cooked through, about 5-10 minutes.

Serve with or without rice or a side of your choice.  Enjoy!

Stay tuned for more posts soon…
